Amber, my dog, always had a lot of problems, but we always thought they were minor getting old stuff.
We found out too late it was a serious condition. We took her to the vet ER at one last night. She died this morning. |

Dear College Bookstore,
If it gets to the point where you can immediately recognize a book title after the first word, especially when it's in a foreign language, because of how many students have been asking for it for the past week of not having it in stock, there is a problem.
I really don't know what's going on. I know books run out and that's all well and good, but when they can't even stock a book after a week? They said they'd get a delivery LAST week Tuesday and yet not a single book. They're stocking all the other textbooks just fine, so what is it about this one that they just simply fail at? Everytime I try to figure out what's going on, they just give me a dazed look. No one has any idea where the books are or even a clue when they might be in.
This wouldn't be so annoying if; one, there wasn't a narrow window in which people can use financial aid and two, the book wasn't double or even triple the price of other textbooks and thus makes it very difficult to try and buy without financial aid.
And my Spanish class? Not even half the students had a book. It's like someone in this chain of book being made to book being delivered is SURPRISED that the number of students that registered actually, GASP, NEED THE BOOK! |

One day, I would love to have more than just one or two real life friends who are emotionally and mentally stable. I really don't think that's too much to ask.
I swear I have some sort of pheromones that attract friends with a bunch of problems. |

Gen Con is here~! YAY!
Well, almost. I'll be leaving with my family tomorrow to go to said con which actually starts on Thursday, but it's a five hour drive anyway. And I got a sweet Victorian dress to wear too, since it's the theme this year.
Four days of wonderful gaming awaits! |

The doors are locked. The doggy door is blocked. Windows are locked that can be reached from ground and boarded up with spare wood and broken table.
All weapons have been located. Melee weapons are best. They never run out of ammo and no way a zombie can come after you if it's chopped into little bits.
We knew this day would come. We knew! They didn't believe us, but we knew it.
The zombies are coming.
